We run both. Open mics where comics at all levels test new material, and curated pro shows with some of the city's best working comedians.

Good standup shouldn't break the bank. We keep tickets priced fairly so more people can actually show up.
Shows in English & French
Most of our nights run in English, and we also produce French shows — comedy in the language of home, right across Montreal.
Who We Are
About Laugh It Off MTL
Laugh It Off MTL started in the fall of 2025. Since then we've been filling rooms, helping people discover new spots across the city, and supporting local businesses by bringing crowds through the door with comedy.
The name comes from something real. When times get hard, you still have to find a reason to laugh. That's what this is about.
